We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

2. Products & Availability

All products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Variations in color, texture, scent strength, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities of any product

• Discontinue products without notice

• Modify product descriptions or pricing at any time

 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may cancel or limit orders that appear to violate our policies or appear fraudulent.

 

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspected resale without authorization

• Errors in pricing or description

• Inventory limitations

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued.

 

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order leaves our facility, CO 151 is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used or opened items

• Custom or limited-edition releases

• Minor aesthetic variations inherent to handcrafted goods

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, imagery, product names, branding, and design elements, is the exclusive property of CO 151 and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

 

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or its content for:

• Any unlawful purpose

• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination

• Resale without express authorization

• Interfering with the site’s security or operation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.

9. Limitation of Liability

CO 151 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
